Subscription Terms Please read carefully before purchasing any plan.
Business & Operating Hours
  • Timing: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM daily
  • Orders: Place orders or message us within this window for quickest responses.
  • Response Time: We aim to reply within 6 hours. Complex issues may take up to 48 hours maximum.
Important General Rules
  • Save Our Contact: You must save our WhatsApp number. We send credentials via Broadcast lists — unsaved numbers will not receive messages.
  • After Payment: Send your Order ID to our WhatsApp. Expect credentials within 6 hours. Please wait patiently.
  • Messaging: Max 2 messages. Repeated spamming or calling results in a 6-hour chat mute.
  • No Abuse Policy: Abusive language towards our team results in immediate access revocation with no refund.
  • One Device Only: All subscriptions are strictly for 1 device. Switching or activating another device after login is not permitted.
  • Monthly Relogin: Devices are cleared monthly to remove non-renewed users. You may need to re-login after renewal.
  • OTP Plans: Check our availability before attempting to log in when your plan requires an OTP.
Netflix Premium Terms
  • Household Device: We verify one device as the Household Device. This cannot be changed later.
  • No Profile Changes: Do not change profile names, PINs, or any settings — this will result in loss of access.
  • Device Tampering: Activating TV or logging into multiple devices without informing us will cancel your plan without any refund.
  • Screen Limits: This is a shared plan. Occasional screen limits may occur — download content offline or upgrade to a private plan.
  • Gaming: Not available for Netflix Gaming unless verified as Household on a 3+ month plan.
  • Cool-down: Logging in from different devices frequently may trigger a temporary account lock.
Prime Video Terms
  • Video Only: Grants access to Prime Video streaming only. No Music, Kindle, or Shopping benefits included.
  • No Shopping: Any shopping activity detected on the account will result in immediate termination.
  • Single Device: Login permitted on one device only. Logging out and switching devices is strictly prohibited.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Once a plan is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If a refund is absolutely necessary due to a technical failure on our end, you will receive a WeeWoo Discount Code of the same order value, redeemable on your next purchase. Please consider this before buying.
